More about the music:

Willie E started out in music singing and playing keyboards and guitar with the NightWings band in the 80s. NightWings toured all over the upper-Midwest for 10 years, playing 60s, 70s, and 80s rock. Eventually, the band re-made themselves and continued playing into the early 90s under the new name Notorious and finally as The Back Room Boys. Will always enjoyed live performances and playing great music for a full dance floor.

During the 90s and early 2000s Will left the live music scene and began writing and recording his original music and produced two solo albums, which have been heard on the Wisconsin Public Radio program Simply Folk, as well as on the public television program What’s Up!

Though the break was long and productive, the desire to perform as a member of a band stayed strong. Will returned to touring in 2008 with Younger Brother, naturally, a band that consisted of Will, his brothers Nathan and Gabe, and his longtime best friend and drummer Syd. Younger Brother played for several years in Central Wisconsin and the greater Twin Cities area. The band produced a collaboration album consisting of music composed by all members of the band. After several years of touring, Will left Younger Brother in the talented hands of his siblings and began writing and recording his third album.

Now known as Willie E, he recently started performing again as a one guy, one guitar acoustic show. Willie E covers a broad range of music and enjoys having fun playing songs, singing along with audiences, and sharing music with others.
